At Wasatch Comic Con our guests are provided with drinks, snacks, and booth sitters throughout the show. In addition we provide lunch both days.

We produce limited promotional products to advertise and raise funds for the event. These can include, but are not limited to, items like cards, apparel, and signage.

OPTIONAL

We also offer to promote our guest's sketch work on our social media channels so people can plan out their budgets. If you would like us to advertise this for you please supply samples of your sketches and pricing and we'd be happy to do so. Or if you have any exclusives you are debuting, we would love to help you promote it.

Wasatch Comic Con is a creator focused show, where you are the attraction. We will provide meals, necessary transport, and any reasonable accommodation that our guests request. Our goal with Wasatch Comic Con is to bring creators and fans together to elevate comic culture, and to make the trip worthwhile for our guests. In order to accomplish these goals we allow free entry to our attendees, putting more people in the guest hall, with more money in their pockets. There are a number of ways that we recoup our expenses from these shows, including the sale of exclusive very limited prints, and our silent auction.

In no way are our guests obligated or expected to contribute to the show in any way beyond their appearance and participation. However, we greatly appreciate all the help our creator partners have given us each year. Please bring any items that you would be willing to donate for the auction to the show for us to utilize.
