JC started his writing career in 1996 as a technical writer, writing manuals, whitepapers, and help systems for companies nobody has ever heard of. He was the editor-in-chief for “Masters of Role-Playing Magazine” where he contributed articles, stories, and the “Bob’s Basement” comic strip. He was the series editor for the “Jean Archer” and “SoulChasers” novels by Jason A. Anderson. In 2015, he submitted his first comic book script "Cecret Slaughter," which was published as a back-up story in "The Gull" #1 in 2016. His latest comic book series, "The Shaolin Nun," is currently being funded issue-by-issue on Kickstarter and will be available in comic book stores in 2026 from Laguna Studios.
